ICE Must Stop Wiping Phones Amid Records Suit, Court Told

The ACLU’s Massachusetts chapter and American Oversight are in the midst of a Freedom of Information Act suit seeking to unearth records related to a Massachusetts state judge who was indicted for letting an immigrant evade federal custody.
